AKATHIST AND MOLEBEN SERVED BY HIS GRACE,BISHOP TIKHON - 01/28/11

The Kursk Icon of the Mother of God made a bisit to our church. The Icon is visiting Orthodox Churches throughout the East and made its way to Jermyn,PA. The Archpriest Serge Lukianov is in charge of the Icon and gave a historical presentation following the Moleben which was served by His Grace,Bishop Tikhon and the Archpriests John Kowalczyk,rector, Stephen Kopestonsky,Daniel Geeza and Father Serge.
His Grace presents a copy of the Icon to Father John.
A copy of the Icon was given to Father John for our Church.
